Solder Joints Failure Review

At SRE Ottawa's Meeting #340, Khalil Zeaiter from Ciena shared the different solder joint failures and how to model for them to predict Reliability. The different failure mechanisms of solder joints were discussed. The section on how to do Reliability Testing (HALT, ALT)on components to detect these failures was very informative.
